John and Tracey Johnson have been part of the Brisbane-based financial services scene for many years. Together they form a dynamic partnership, whose sole focus is helping everyday Australians achieve their financial aspirations.
It’s over thirty years since John was first inspired to dedicate his time and skills to people’s economic well-being. From humble beginnings as a teller with Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), he quickly ascended to positions of greater influence. As well as his background and qualifications in Financial Planning – he was formerly Financial Planning Manager for Commonwealth Financial Planning, a subsidiary of the CBA – John is also a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors.
Tracey began her career with CBA, where she completed her Diploma of Financial Planning and other associated qualifications. During the next ten years she gained substantial experience assisting clients with their investment and life insurance needs before moving on to become the Senior Paraplanner for a boutique family-run planning business.
Around the time of the birth of John and Tracey’s first child, Henry, Tracey took the decision to set up her own business providing contract paraplanning services to financial advisers. However, the birth of their daughter, Tessa, signaled a period of change, albeit it to focus entirely on being a stay-at-home Mum for a while.
And now the evolution of John and Tracey’s passion for helping people improve their financial health has seen them take the next step on their journey: That is, to provide a total financial planning service to anyone who has a dream, who recognises the need for a plan with the guidance to build upon it, and who wishes to preserve their interests for the long term.
